International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and fees depend on the destination country and local customs regulations. Please note that some international shipments may experience delays during customs clearance and may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by local authorities or carriers.

Missing or Damaged Items
If any items are missing or arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to submit a claim. Include your order number, photos of the outer packaging (for damage), and the packing slip (for missing items).
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review or compensation.
Note on Packaging Damage
We carefully package every order to ensure safe delivery.
If the packaging is damaged but the product itself remains fully functional, it will not qualify for a replacement or refund.

Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Provide us with the official claim or proof of loss from the carrier for follow-up. Claims for packages marked as delivered are only accepted within 7 days of the stated delivery date.
Order Modifications
Need to change your address, quantity, or product? We can accommodate order changes within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing or transit and can no longer be modified.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After that window, your order may already be in transit and cancellation won’t be possible. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at info@reveinwear.com.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
